The breathtaking and exasperating reality Show Big Boss 2 is sweeping everyone off their feet. After the Fear Factor show hosted by Akshay Kumar, this is another entertainer on Colors. This is the Indian version of the Big Brother show for which the Premiere was telecast on the August 17th. Shilpa Shetty, winner of the Big Brother in UK hosts the Indian version. This is a real time drama that is getting to be better, meaner, bigger and gruesome each single day, with newer evictions, new entries, new happenings and new tasks to give you the best entertainment. This show comes with better twists where celebrities are replaced with the news makers.

Every day there is backstabbing, backbiting, irritation that reaches its height. The housemates have been living for 32 weeks together and the worst and best of the housemates have been brought out as they cope up with the pressure around. We wait and watch the fun part of it all and also the seriousness in the eviction part.

The show has a mixed bag of contestants, from different walks of life out of whom four have been evicted and one had to leave the show on health grounds. These contestants have left their homes to live in this Big Boss Household in the Mumbai outskirts. Around thirty two cameras capture the moves of the housemates and they have only privacy in the bathroom. The house does not have any communication source to the outside world like phones, internet, books, music player, radio, television and there is no entertainment source either.

The entrants would satisfy themselves with the items that they have brought along with them and these would be needed for three months. The contestants have to sweep the floor, clean the bathroom, and cook meals, without any help. There is not a make up artist to make them look better. These housemates get a task from Big Boss each week. This week it was the “Paani Bachao” task. This task makes them earn their weekly budget and this week they earned Rs 400. The budget is for food items for survival.

On this 33 day, we are waiting to watch who would be evicted as Raja and Alina are both on the list of people nominated for eviction. They have a huge crowd following them, Raja’s fans seem to be more in number. Sambhavana and Payal are both in bad books of viewers for their downtown behavior which is shameful. The new entrant Diana seems to be the one to stay. She is cool and composed and good according to her housemates too.
Everyday in the Big Boss household has something new to unfold, some great happening to take place, some great “dhamaka” to take place. Let’s wait with baited breath for the ultimate to happen!
